• We currently deliver within Egypt only.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

• Other Governorates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control.

💰 Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your order.

📦 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available.

• Please ensure the availability of the full order amount upon delivery.

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping fees may apply.

• Orders refused upon delivery may not be eligible for future Cash on Delivery service.
