• Condition Criteria: Items must remain in their original condition — completely unworn, unwashed, and with all structural brand tags intact.
• Defective Items: ROPA Studios covers 100% of all logistics and delivery fees if an item is received damaged or incorrect.

All monetary refunds are handled seamlessly through safe digital platforms:

• Once returned items arrive at our studio and clear quality assessment, your refund is issued within 3-5 business days.
